Amber Place is located in peaceful wooded surroundings on Branksome Wood Road in the heart of Bournemouth.

It is around a ten minute walk to Bournemouth town centre and its night-life, cinemas, theatre, extensive shopping, restaurants and events at the BIC venue.

Bournemouth beach is also within easy walking distance as are many of the major offices located on Richmond Hill and the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council.

The Meyrick Park Golf Course and Sporting Facilities are accessible across the 18th fairway. In addition there are tennis court facilities a couple of hundred meets down the road towards the town centre.

All the studios at Amber Place are self-contained and are light and spacious.

Amber Place has full central heating and is wired for Wi-Fi and your own personal telephone and internet connection.

Rooms have their own aerial connection for Freeview TV.

THE STUDIOS

Amber Place has ten self-contained studios to let, allowing you to relax in your own space without the need to access communal areas of the house.

Each studio has been carefully designed to make the most of the space on offer, large windows provide plenty of light and views. To the south there are splendid views across the town, and to the north rooms face the gold course. Several of the rooms have private terraces.

In addition to the private self-contained facilities on offer, there are quality and spacious communal facilities that will enable you to cook, relax and stay at home to do the laundry. There are two fully equipped communal kitchens, one of which opens on to the large communal lounge. A dedicated laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also on offer.

The large enclosed south facing garden makes for relaxing in the sun at home during the Bournemouth summers a nice option at Amber Place.

The studios, which have just been built, are bright with plenty of natural ventilation.

The studios have been constructed to the latest Building Regulations so offer double glazing and excellent insulation to reduce energy bills. Amber place also meets the latest sound insulation requirements.

The communal areas of the house include a large lounge, kitchen area, large terrace area, south facing garden and bicycle storage.
